Every clean is checked against a written checklist before we leave. If a spot was missed, we come back and fix it.

Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will schedule a re-clean of the area at no charge.

No forms, no arguing, no hassle.

What is covered

Anything on the checklist for the service you booked, in any room we were asked to clean.

Deep cleans, move-out cleans, and add-ons are all covered the same way.

What is not covered

Permanent stains, wear, and damage that cleaning cannot reverse, and rooms or items we were asked to leave alone.

We will always tell you up front if something is unlikely to come out.
