Quotes & Pricing

Every quote is based on the details you give us about the space. If the job is materially larger than described, we will let you know before we start.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Your written quote is the price you pay.

Scheduling & Access

Please make sure we can get in at the agreed time. If we cannot access the space, a short-notice fee may apply.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free.

• Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the visit.

Our Guarantee

If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it at no charge.

Liability

Our team is bonded and insured. Please put away valuables and tell us about anything fragile or special before the visit.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

• Pets should be settled somewhere comfortable while we work.
